Healthy Kids Express 2025-26 Application

Thank you for your interest in Healthy Kids Express (HKE) Medical Screening and Dental Program. Healthy Kids Express is committed to providing services at no charge to children at risk of not receiving timely dental care.

This application is for the 2025-26 school year (and summer 2025) only.

We will be accepting applications until February 10, 2025.

All applications completed after February 10, 2025 will be put on our waiting list.
